*Duties*

– Perform medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment for a variety of animals
– Perform surgeries, including spaying and neutering, tumor removals, and dental procedures.
– Administer vaccinations and medications to prevent and treat diseases
– Conduct laboratory tests, such as blood work and urinalysis, to aid in diagnosis
– Provide emergency care and stabilize critically ill or injured animals
– Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures
– Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal requirements

*Qualifications*

– Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
– Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state
– Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and diseases
– Proficiency in veterinary critical care, and aseptic technique
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and staff members
– Ability to work well under pressure in emergency situations
– Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical equipment

-Emergency Room experience preferred.

Salary: $130,000 + negotiable dependent on experience

* 8am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
