Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Administrator Full-time, open-ended post Administrative Services Grade 4 £26,527 – £28,778  Loughborough University is offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced Undergraduate Admissions Team within the Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering.  This exciting and varied role will involve providing advice and guidance to prospective applicants and/or their supporters from initial enquiry through to registration. They will have specific responsibility for making admissions decisions within pre-agreed frameworks for a range of applications submitted via UCAS and event planning for Visit and Open Days.  The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, excellent communicator, adaptable and have a strong commitment to excellent customer service. They will have experience of working within a busy office environment and be proficient in the MS Office suite. The most desirable attributes are good analytical skills with the ability to investigate anomalies, high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.  For informal enquiries about this role please contact Sheralyn Thorne, Undergraduate Admissions Co-ordinator, S.C.Thorne@lboro.ac.uk, 01509 227644.  For more information refer to the Job Description and Person Specification.  Closing Date: Sunday 22 March 2026  Interview Date: Interviews will take place on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 April 2026.
