Salary
Weekly Pay: $2,400 – $2,592.80
Pay includes taxable wages plus eligible tax-free stipends and reimbursements.
Job Description
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health assignment in New London, WI.
Setting: Home Health
Shift: 5×8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
You’ll evaluate and treat patients in their homes, support functional mobility goals, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
Start dates and onboarding are streamlined through Aya’s expedited licensing and compliance support.
Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
Eligibility to work as a licensed Physical Therapist in the assignment state
Home Health experience is preferred but not required
