We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services across a diverse caseload. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment. This role includes leadership responsibilities and active contribution to clinical excellence and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with a broad range of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and functional conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and relevant modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members
Leadership & Supervision
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior physiotherapists and allied health assistants
• Provide guidance on clinical decision-making and professional development
Quality & Professional Development
• Participate in quality improvement activities and service development initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills through continuing education and evidence-based practice
• Contribute to clinical audits, training sessions, and departmental meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Current registration and licensure with the appropriate regulatory body
• Minimum of four years clinical experience, with strong capability in musculoskeletal and orthopedic practice
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and evidence-based practice application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
