Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time Physical Therapist role is available to provide onsite services within schools serving Kindergarten through 8th grade students in Lawrence, MA. This position requires travel to various school campuses to deliver specialized physical therapy support tailored to the educational environment.
Start and end dates for this contract role are August 11, 2025, through June 17, 2026. The schedule offers flexibility within the school day, allowing new hires to begin services as early as 8 AM and no later than 3 PM, aligning with school hours that end at 3:30 PM. Total weekly hours are approximately 10, with the ability to coordinate service days based on mutual convenience. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel between campuses.
Key responsibilities include:

* Providing physical therapy services to students from Kindergarten to 8th grade
* Collaborating with school staff and families to support student physical development and mobility goals
* Documenting treatment plans and progress in compliance with school and state requirements
* Adhering to schedules and attendance policies as defined by the school district

Qualifications and requirements:

* Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Massachusetts
* Completion of fingerprinting and CORI background checks prior to hire
* Strong communication skills and experience working with school-aged children
