Job Description

We are looking for talented Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists keen to continue or develop their career in the recovery and return to work sector.

A day in the life

On a day‑to‑day basis you will be an integral part of a close‑knit multidisciplinary allied health team, supporting people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.

As a valued team member, you will assess needs and then provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure that your clients receive a safe return to work with their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery journey.

Responsibilities

  • Support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
  • Assess needs and provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure a safe return to work.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary allied health team.
  • Travel as required; current vehicle and driver’s licence needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups.
  • Ability to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients and stakeholders.
  • Passion for empowering people to achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Willingly travel; current vehicle and driver’s licence needed.
  • Qualifications and relevant registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist.
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
  • Current or able to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
