*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate *Lead Occupational Therapist* to join our assisted living community. This is a leadership-focused role combining direct patient care with program development, mentorship, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The Lead OT will play a key role in shaping therapy services and enhancing residents quality of life.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to assisted living residents
* Lead and support the OT program, ensuring high clinical standards and compliance
* Mentor and guide therapy staff and PRN therapists as needed
* Collaborate with nursing, caregivers, and leadership to create resident-centered care plans
* Develop and oversee programs focused on ADLs, fall prevention, cognitive support, and functional independence
* Monitor outcomes, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance
*Qualifications*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of practice
* Minimum of 23 years of experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or geriatric settings
* Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
* Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills
* Passion for working with older adults

Pay: $58.00 – $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 15.0 per week
