Job Title: Physiotherapist
Salary range: $76,550 – $78,500 per year, depending on skill level + Superannuation. Overtime and Penalty Rates are also available.

The Opportunity:

They are seeking a qualified and motivated Physiotherapist to join their team in a long-term, full-time capacity. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of muscles, joints, nerves, and physical function to accurately diagnose patient conditions.
• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Deliver a range of hands-on and equipment-based therapies including manual therapy, massage, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, ultrasound, hydrotherapy, and other modalities.
• Provide treatments to relieve pain, improve circulation, increase strength, restore mobility, and enhance cardiovascular and neuromuscular function.
• Educate and guide patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies for continued recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, documenting treatments and tracking progress.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust therapy programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with GPs, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to patient care.
• Develop and participate in preventative care programs and community wellness education initiatives.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:
• A bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Full registration with the relevant Australian Physiotherapy board/association.
• A minimum of 1 year of full-time, on-the-job experience as a practicing Physiotherapist.
• A genuine commitment to long-term employment and growing with our practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong patient-focused approach.
• A current driver’s licence and own reliable transportation (required for community outreach or home visits, if applicable).
