The Role
Bethanie is seeking a Casual Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and goal-directed therapy services across Bethanie Peel, Bethanie Waters, and Bert England Lodge.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver customer-centred therapy and lifestyle programs
Plan and implement individual or group therapeutic activities
Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation
Contribute to multidisciplinary continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Experience in aged care or dementia care is an advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to manage a complex workload and adapt to changing priorities
Customer-focused and collaborative with stakeholders
Willingness to uphold Bethanie’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
