Henry Ford Health has partnered with Stellantis to provide premium personalized healthcare to their workforce. We are looking for a Lead Primary Care Physician for the near site employer-based center in Detroit, MI. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Henry Ford Health and a large local employer to lead an integrated primary care team. Our multidisciplinary center includes Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Dietitian and Pharmacist support as well as Primary Care for adults and children. Services include diagnostic imaging, lab, and point of care testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated primary care team at the near-site employer-based center.
• Provide primary care for adults and children, including preventive care, chronic condition management, acute care, virtual visits and vaccines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary partners (Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, Pharmacist) and provide services such as diagnostic imaging, lab, and point of care testing.
• Work with the team in a renovated space with new equipment and furnishings.
• Rotate after-hours call coverage on a 1:3 schedule.
• Support collaboration with Henry Ford Health and the host employer to deliver comprehensive care within the workplace setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine (BC Family Medicine).
• Experience beyond residency, including supervising APPs, is required.
