Location: McAllen, Mission & Weslaco, TX
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $65,000-$90,000
About the Role
We are seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic team in the Rio Grande Valley.
Responsibilities
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):
- Deliver treatment plans under PT supervision
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to PT
Requirements
- Current Texas license as a PTA
- Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation/ability to travel
