Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Lakewood, WA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This onsite-only role offers an opportunity to work with a caseload of 25 to 30 students district-wide, delivering essential PT services within a school setting.
Key Qualifications:

* Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license or willingness to obtain
* Ability to undergo fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or willingness to complete the process
* Experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred
* Ability to manage a caseload of 25-30 students K-12

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct physical therapy services to students across the district
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success plans

Location: Lakewood, Washington (Onsite only no virtual candidates)
