Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: 55 UnityPoint Way, Suite 70, Marshalltown, IA 50158
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: Starting at $80,000 annual base
Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus + ongoing student loan repayment

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, treat, and document care for outpatient physical therapy patients
Maintain compliance with all clinical, corporate, and regulatory training requirements
Communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and third-party payors
Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with center leadership
Provide patient-centered care that aligns with professional standards and Select PT values
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
If a current student: Completed outpatient orthopedic clinical rotation
If a practicing PT: Outpatient clinical experience within the past 5 years
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Iowa
Current CPR certification
