Pay Type: Hourly, PRN (as needed)

Shift: Days, 8 hours every two weeks

Location: Yuma Medical Center

Salary Range: $40.82 – $61.23/hour (actual pay may vary based on skills and experience)

Job Description

Onvida Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized therapy programs to patients, supporting rehabilitation, functional improvement, and maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient functional needs and consult with specialists and physicians

Develop, implement, and adapt care plans based on patient progress

Direct and coordinate activities of physical therapist assistants as appropriate

Provide patient education and guidance on exercises and home care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, goals, and progress

Follow organizational policies, safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards

Participate in educational programs, team meetings, and professional development activities

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Licensure: Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Arizona

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Experience: 1+ years in Physical Therapy preferred

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to adapt care to patient-specific needs and follow departmental standards
