An established Children’s Hospital in Texas is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric PM&R physician to lead the continued growth and development of its Pediatric Rehabilitation program. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service line, influence care delivery, and help define the future of pediatric rehabilitation across a rapidly growing region.
The Opportunity
  • Leadership role within a new Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) program
  • Blend of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation
  • Care for patients with neurological, spasticity, musculoskeletal, developmental, and acquired conditions
  • Partner closely with Pediatric Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and other pediatric subspecialists
  • Play a key role in rehabilitation planning following complex neurosurgical and orthopedic procedures
  • Develop clinical pathways, treatment protocols, and quality initiatives
  • Drive program growth and expand rehabilitation services across the region
  • Collaborate with dedicated Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy teams
  • Opportunity to mentor and supervise APPs and rehabilitation professionals
