Founded by Sally Fyer Dietz, PT, DPT, IPT is dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential by addressing their developmental needs with a holistic, child-centered approach.

Our team blends physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and sensory integration techniques to create individualized treatment plans for every child. We serve infants through adolescents across three clinic locations in Dallas, supporting a wide range of developmental, physical, and functional concerns.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team on-site in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will:

Assess and treat children with developmental, physical, and functional challenges

Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs

Use evidence-based therapeutic strategies to promote strength, mobility, and independence

Collaborate closely with families to support progress at home and in daily life

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to ensure cohesive, high-quality care

Qualifications

Proficiency in pediatric physical therapy techniques

Strong understanding of child development and pediatric conditions

Experience in Pediatric Physical Therapy (preferred)

Skills in rehabilitation for developmental and physical health concerns

Active Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure

Compassionate, family-centered approach to care

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Experience with sensory integration therapy is a plus, but not required
