*Occupational Therapist (OT)*
*Location: *Anacortes, Washington
*Schedule: *Full-Time | Onsite

At *Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare*, were dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that empower our residents to recover, thrive, and live well. Were currently seeking an *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team.
*What Youll Do*
* Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety
* Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
* Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
* Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment
*What Were Looking For*
* Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Active Washington OT license (or eligibility)
* CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
* SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferredbut not required
* Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
