Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Lake Wales, FL, this full-time occupational therapy position offers the opportunity to work onsite within a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year, starting around August 2026 and concluding in May 2027. This contract role focuses on providing essential OT services to support the needs of students in the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to students’ individual needs
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing IEP goals and strategies

Qualifications:

* Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
* Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work onsite full-time for the duration of the contract
