Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide full-time support within a school setting in San Diego, CA. This contract position runs from February 2nd through June 4th, coinciding with the academic calendar. The role requires a dedicated professional to work onsite five days a week, Monday through Friday, for 7.5 hours each day at a single school location.
Key qualifications and experience desired:

* Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy
* Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for students
* Familiarity with school environments and collaboration with educational staff
* Strong communication skills for working directly with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Role responsibilities include:

* Delivering direct occupational therapy services to students within the school setting
* Collaborating with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
* Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to student success plans

* COTA support is available within the school, along with another full-time Occupational Therapist
