Licensed Occupational Therapist Senior Living
This position requires an active State Occupational Therapist license. Applicants without a current Occupational Therapy license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.
Position Details:
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled and patient-centered therapy team at a highly rated senior living community in South Bend, IN. Located in Centre Township near South Bend, this continuing care retirement community offers a full continuum of care including short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted and independent living.
Flexible full-time schedule (MondayFriday, 3040 hours/week)
Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy team
Well-equipped rehab gym, ADL kitchen, and training bathroom
Diverse caseload with a wide range of diagnoses
*Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.*

What You Bring:
Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements:
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination, and fulfilling the states requirements for licensure.
