More time for patients, more time for you.

Here at Jemericus we are looking for a full time FNP. Our hours are 7-2 Monday through Friday. We do not currently pay the most, but we do currently expect the least. Some companies will bring you in and offer 10k more annually, but they will ask you to see triple the patients daily. We operate a little differently.

Our starting goal is 15 patients a day, if you hit that, we are doing well, we are living our best lives and we are leaving every day feeling accomplished at 2pm. Of course, its not expected off the bat, but it is something we hope to build up to during our training period.

Our current set up is excellent for people with families or just people who don't want to spend their days in the office. If you do want to spend your days in the office, by all means, please do so. hang out if you want, but its not a requirement and you will probably be hanging out alone.

We go and visit our patients in Assisted Living Facilities. We see them, we treat them, we leave to the next facility. Most often our NP's leave the office at 8:30ish and come back between 11 and 12 to finish up their charting and send out orders as needed. Comparatively its a pretty easy day. You should work here.

Requirements:
– Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
– Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
– Strong knowledge of human physiology and pathophysiology
– Experience with Assisted Living Facilities is preferred
– Familiarity with Athena electronic medical record system
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $120,000 per year
