2026 Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Job – Ventura, CA

Setting: 100% Clinic-Based with Limited Telehealth
Compensation: $75,000-$120,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)
As a Pediatric PT at CTN, you will provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in fully equipped sensory and gross-motor clinics. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary therapy team to support children in achieving meaningful functional goals, including:
* Navigating stairs
* Improving playground mobility
* Increasing strength, stability, and endurance
* Gaining independence in daily routines
Key Responsibilities
* Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized care plans
* Deliver evidence-based pediatric PT interventions
* Provide caregiver education and home program strategies
* Complete documentation accurately and on time
* Participate in team collaboration, meetings, and clinical planning
What Success Looks Like
* 95% or higher family satisfaction
* 80% or more therapy goals met at re-evaluation
* 100% of billable hours completed per agreed caseload
* 90% or higher client arrival rate
* All daily documentation completed within 24 hours
* Evaluations and progress reports submitted within 48-72 hours
Qualifications for Pediatric PT Jobs
Required
* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
* Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric interest)
* Strong interest in pediatric gross motor development
* Clear communication with families and team members
* Organized, adaptable, and efficient with documentation
Preferred
* Experience with torticollis, toe-walking, hypotonia, or motor delays
* Knowledge of sensory processing and early childhood development
* Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills
* Positive, solution-oriented, team-focused mindset
* Comfort working in a fast-paced but supportive clinic environment
