Leading clinical practice and supervising junior staff
Managing a specialist caseload of adults with acquired neurological conditions, including complex needs
Conducting assessment, diagnosis, planning, and delivering therapy programmes
Discharging patients and ensuring continuity of care
Working autonomously in community settings
Contributing to service development and improvement
You will provide person-centred, evidence-based care and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes in their recovery.

Requirements & Skills
Advanced neurorehabilitation skills
Experience managing complex neurological caseloads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership skills and ability to supervise junior staff
Ability to work independently in community settings
Passion for patient empowerment and improving outcomes
