Head of Therapy Provider Partnerships (Mental Health and Physio)

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in any Vitality office, full-time hours (flexible working negotiable)

Role Overview

Lead Vitality’s mental health talking therapies and physiotherapy provider partnerships.

Set strategic direction while ensuring operational delivery across Everyday Care (EDC) therapy partnerships.

Shape care pathways and propositions to improve access, experience, cost efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

Act as the primary interface between partners and Vitality’s operational, product, governance, journey, and servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development: Design and evolve member offerings through clinical partnerships.

Operational Excellence: Manage partner performance, governance, and day-to-day operations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Portfolio Leadership: Oversee mental health and physiotherapy partnerships, triage platforms, self-care tools, with potential for portfolio expansion.

Skills & Experience Required

Healthcare provider or partner management: Experience with primary care or digital health providers, ideally in mental health or physiotherapy.

Healthcare domain expertise: Innovate and implement patient-centric, commercially viable pathways.

Interpersonal skills: Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Technology & data savvy: Evaluate digital partner solutions, analyse trends, report insights, and work with journey teams.

Operational delivery: Project management, change management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership.

Commercial acumen: Comfortable with targets, Excel analysis, and resource prioritisation.
