*Job Overview*
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), where you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective anesthesia care across diverse patient populations. *Duties*
* Assess patients pre-operatively to determine anesthesia needs, considering physiology, anatomy, and medical history.
* Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient’s condition and surgical procedure.
* Administer anesthesia medications and injections safely while monitoring vital signs, airway management, and overall patient status throughout procedures.
* Manage airway devices and ventilation equipment to ensure unobstructed breathing during surgery or procedures.
* Monitor patient responses continuously using advanced EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or other EHR (Electronic Health Record) platforms.
* Provide post-operative pain management and recovery support, ensuring patient comfort and safety during the recovery phase.
* Maintain thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards, including detailed records of medication administration, patient assessments, and intraoperative events.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care in various settings such as ICU, pediatrics, geriatrics, or specialized surgical units.
*Qualifications*
* Valid certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure; must hold certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
* Demonstrated critical care experience in settings such as ICU or emergency departments is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of anesthesiology practices, physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
* Proven expertise in airway management techniques and patient assessment skills.
* Experience administering injections, medications, and managing complex medical documentation within hospital or clinical environments.
* Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms for accurate record keeping.
* Ability to monitor vital signs continuously and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition during procedures.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Pay: $36.72 – $44.22 per hour
