About Us

We are opening a brand-new, modern rehabilitation clinic in Newmarket, May 2026 serving both orthopaedic and neurological populations. Our space is bright, open, and designed to support high-quality movement and rehabilitation.

Clinic features include:

• State-of-the-art new equipment
• Two large group fitness studios
• Dedicated Pilates reformer studio
• Multiple private treatment rooms
• Our programming includes reformer Pilates, offered in group classes and private sessions, with strong collaboration alongside our therapy team

The Role:

We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to lead both reformer and mat classes, with the option to provide group-based and private sessions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a clinical–fitness hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging reformer and mat classes
• Provide private Pilates sessions when scheduled
• Modify exercises for varying abilities and injury considerations
• Support check-in and flow of group classes
• Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain a welcoming and professional class environment
• Assist with program development as the studio grows
• Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer and/or Mat; STOTT, Balanced Body, or equivalent)
• Strong cueing and class management skills
• Experience working with beginners through intermediate clients
• Experience or interest in working with orthopaedic and/or neurological clients is an asset
• Comfortable working within a rehab setting
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
• Energetic and positive teaching style

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation paid per hour/class, compensation is based on experience and availability
