Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a Level 3 Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Team. This role offers a supportive, community-focused environment where you can maintain a positive work/life balance while advancing your clinical career.
You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed outpatient care, providing advanced clinical services and supporting patient-centred outcomes. Part-time and job-share arrangements may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced physiotherapy services within an outpatient setting
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Level 1/2 physiotherapists, new graduates, students, and Allied Health Assistants
Apply your experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including fracture clinics and hand conditions (highly desirable)
Participate in service development, quality improvement initiatives, and education programs
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
About You
You are a motivated and experienced physiotherapist who:
Holds a Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
Demonstrates broad generalist or specialist physiotherapy knowledge
Holds an unencumbered driver’s license and is willing to travel across CCLHD sites
Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and confidence in independent practice
Commits to continuous improvement, professional development, and supervision of staff
Has well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
Mandatory: Applicants must have current work rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident).
