Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Physical Therapist (PT) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting, with a focus on 5th through 9th grades and preschool age groups. This contract position provides an opportunity to work one day per week starting February 16, 2026, through May 28, 2026. Located in Greenwood, IN, the role requires delivering specialized therapy services to a caseload of approximately 90-100 students, helping them achieve their physical development and mobility goals.
Qualifications:

* Indiana licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
* Experience in school-based physical therapy preferred
* Ability to effectively work with diverse K-12 age groups, including preschoolers

Responsibilities:

* Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
* Implement interventions to improve students physical function, mobility, and participation in school activities
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies
* Manage a caseload of approximately 90-100 students, covering preschool through middle and high school grades
