Physiotherapist (Bank) – Circle Health Group

Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience, training, and qualifications)

Role Overview

Provide physiotherapy cover during busy periods, staff leave, or absence

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions

Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent deterioration

Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning

Refer patients to appropriate services as needed (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, community rehabilitation)

Manage own caseload efficiently across inpatient and/or outpatient settings

Person Specification

BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

HCPC registered Physiotherapist

Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)

Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and evidence-based practice skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
