Join a new purpose-built site supporting young adults aged 19–25 with diverse additional needs, including autism, PMLD, SLD, physical disabilities, and sensory processing differences.

As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will:

Conduct high-quality OT assessments and deliver tailored interventions

Support sensory integration, motor skills, functional skills, and daily living development

Design personalised therapy plans enabling full participation in college life and beyond

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and external professionals

Contribute to therapy pathway development and whole-college strategies

Play a key role in shaping how therapy supports students in the new main site

This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys creative problem-solving, holistic support, and collaboration in a specialist SEND environment.

About You

Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration

At least 2 years’ experience in SEN, paediatrics, or specialist college settings

Confident working with students with autism, PMLD, SLD, sensory challenges, and physical disabilities

Skilled in assessment, planning, intervention, and tracking progress

Patient, reflective, organised, and committed to high-quality practice

Thrives in a multidisciplinary team and believes every young adult can grow with the right support
