The Role:
Join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team delivering physiotherapy services in clients’ homes and our Wellness Hubs. This role focuses on improving mobility, managing pain, and enhancing independence for older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualised or group treatment plans based on client goals and preferences
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility and manage age-related conditions
Maintain accurate records, exercise sheets, assessment reports, and progress notes
Make recommendations for exercise programs, mobility aids, and home safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care advisors, OT, allied health assistants, and fitness instructors
Educate clients and families on exercises and preventive strategies
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
Strong time management and organisational skills
Computer literacy and knowledge of aged/disability care services
Current driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
