About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our highly skilled multidisciplinary team at our Prairiewood site. You will work as part of a supportive group of 20 clinicians, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists, delivering therapy in our purpose-built rooms and supporting an organisation-funded baby clinic for children under two at risk of Cerebral Palsy.

You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your interests across a mix of paediatrics, young adults, and adults (0–65+). Caseloads include goal-directed therapy, Assistive Technology and equipment prescription, reviews, community engagement, and a range of complexity levels.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want exposure to varied clinical presentations, the opportunity to specialise, and meaningful pathways for professional and career development.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver’s licence
• Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
• Interest in working across paediatrics and a varied, meaningful caseload
