Join our Wollongong team in a flexible part-time role and help shape the growth of our in-clinic private practice stream. We are seeking a Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal and occupational health to work across a mixed caseload of private clinic clients and community-based NDIS participants.

About You

You are a Physiotherapist who:

Wants part-time flexibility while still making a meaningful impact

Enjoys both MSK/occupational caseloads and community-based NDIS therapy

Builds strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and referrers

Is solutions-focused, proactive, and keen to contribute to service development

The Role

As part of the Wollongong team, you will:

Manage a varied caseload including MSK clients, WorkCover rehab, occupational health, and NDIS participants

Conduct in-clinic assessments and treatments (injury management, RTW, musculoskeletal conditions, WorkCover)

Deliver community-based NDIS therapy (neurological, physical disabilities, functional capacity)

Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, and supervisors

Help expand the clinic’s private practice stream and shape future service delivery

Work across a balanced mix of clinic and community environments

What We’re Looking For

Full AHPRA registration

Valid driver’s licence + personal vehicle

NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

2+ years post-graduate experience (MSK, WorkCover, or Occupational Health ideal)

Interest in NDIS and disability services, or willingness to learn
