Job Description
PAM Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and manage patients in alignment with the state Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional ethical standards, and PAM Health’s clinical policies.
Key Duties Include:
Providing age-appropriate physical therapy services
Evaluating patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans
Delivering and supervising therapy interventions
Documenting all patient care according to regulatory and facility standards
Collaborating with clinical staff to support coordinated patient care
Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located
Current BLS certification
One year of clinical experience preferred
Ability to deliver patient-centered care and follow professional and ethical standards
