Salary

Annual Salary: $80,000–$100,000

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Job Description

Boston Health & Wellness is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who wants to deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care without the pressure of unrealistic productivity demands.
In this role, you will:

Treat patients individually in 40-minute sessions

Build meaningful therapeutic relationships

Practice with autonomy in a supportive, low-volume environment

Participate in weekly clinical meetings and quarterly learning sessions

Collaborate with a team dedicated to mentorship and professional growth

This position is ideal for PTs who want to step away from rushed schedules and return to practicing physical therapy the way it was meant to be delivered.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility for MA licensure)

Passion for one-on-one patient care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in clinical growth; pelvic health interest is a plus (certification fully reimbursed)

New grads and experienced clinicians welcomed
