What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one physical therapy in patients’ homes or skilled nursing facilities
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient success
What You’ll Need
- DPT or PT degree (required)
- 2+ years of experience (Home Health or SNF preferred)
- California PT License & Driver’s License
- Current CPR, TB test, and Professional Liability Insurance
Compensation & Benefits
- $75.50 – $150.00/hour
- 401(k)
