We are looking for a Physical Therapy Aide who is dependable, positive, eager to learn, and takes pride in helping the clinic run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, sports medicine, fitness, or patient care and who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Position Overview
The Physical Therapy Aide plays an important support role in both the patient experience and the daily flow of the clinic. This person helps therapists stay efficient, ensures the clinic stays clean and organized, and supports patients through a welcoming and attentive presence.
We are not just looking for someone to complete tasks — we are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, communicates well, and contributes to a strong team culture.
Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists with exercise setup and patient flow

Prepare treatment areas and equipment between patients

Clean and sanitize tables, tools, gym equipment, and common areas

Guide patients through prescribed exercises under therapist direction

Restock supplies and help maintain an organized clinic environment

Help with laundry, towels, and daily cleaning tasks

Support front office and back office workflow as needed

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience

Follow clinic systems, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures

Communicate clearly with therapists and team members throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a physical therapy clinic, gym, sports performance setting, or healthcare environment preferred, but not required

CPR certification is a plus

Background in kinesiology, exercise science, pre-PT, athletic training, or related field is a plus
Schedule

Part-time or full-time depending on availability and fit

Clinic hours may include morning, afternoon, and early evening shifts

Some schedule flexibility preferred
