Occupational Therapist (OT)

Skilled Nursing Facility | Full-Time

Ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? We're looking for a Occupational Therapist (PT) who brings energy, compassion, and a team-first mindset to help patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled interventions focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, and life skills
• Collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home programs
• Monitor progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal functional outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications:

• Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist state licensure
• CPR and BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
