Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available in Mount Gilead, OH, supporting a school setting with a focus on early childhood and elementary education. This role involves providing therapeutic services to students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade, helping them achieve their functional mobility and physical development goals within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver physical therapy services to a caseload of students in grades PK-5.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
* Monitor and document student progress and modify interventions as needed.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on educational planning.

Qualifications:

* Valid Ohio Physical Therapy license is required.
* Experience working in school-based physical therapy is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of pediatric developmental stages and therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to supporting children’s physical needs within an educational setting.

Position Details:

* Full-time contract position.
* Two openings available.
* 37.5 hours per week.
* Early Start (ES) placement within the school.
* Located in Mount Gilead, Ohio.
