Key Responsibilities:
• Screen residents for rehabilitation therapy needs
• Complete Physical Therapy evaluations on physician orders
• Establish and modify treatment plans based on responses
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Engage in resident education and staff training
Requirements:
• Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Physical Therapist
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy
• Experience in geriatrics preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations required
