Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in the Joshua Tree, CA area, serving K-12 students within a school setting. This position offers district-wide support across the West Region, encompassing areas from Morongo Valley to Joshua Tree. The role involves managing a caseload of students and providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to support their educational and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and evaluate K-12 students to create individualized therapy plans
* Provide direct occupational therapy intervention tailored to student needs
* Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
* Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapies as needed
* Serve as a leader within the therapy team, contributing to regional best practices and support

Qualifications and Experience:

* Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of California (required)
* Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred
* Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to long-term engagement
* Ability to manage a caseload across multiple locations within the West Region
