Location: 1827 Knoll Dr., Ventura, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem

Therapist-Centered Pay & Benefits

CTN offers W2 employment with an hourly compensation model designed specifically for therapist success.

Compensation Includes:

* Separate pay rates for treatment vs. documentation/admin
* Productivity-based bonuses
* Weekly direct deposit

Full-time salary range: $65,000-$115,000/year
Part-time salary range: $55,000-$75,000/year

What You’ll Do

* Provide engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy
* Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with caregivers, PTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants
* Provide caregiver education and home programs to increase carryover
* Complete documentation in a user-friendly EMR
* Bring creativity, fun, and a child-centered approach to every session

Qualifications

* Occupational Therapy degree + active (or eligible) California OT license
* Minimum two years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
* Pediatric and/or sensory integration experience is a plus
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Genuine passion for working with children and families
* Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required

Clinical Performance Benchmarks

* Help children achieve 80%+ of therapy goals
* Maintain 95%+ family satisfaction
* Submit 100% of required billable hours
* Complete daily notes within 24 hours
* Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 48-72 hours
