A Physical Therapist with expertise in school settings is needed for a per diem contract assignment in Huntingdon County, PA. This opportunity supports students through Extended School Year (ESY) services across two nearby sites, optimizing therapy delivery during the summer period.
Location: Huntingdon County, PA (two close-proximity school sites)
Assignment Type: Per Diem Contract
Duration and Caseload Details:

* June 23, 2026 July 16, 2026 (4 weeks)
Serving 4 students
Therapy sessions include:
Two 30-minute sessions over 4 weeks
Twice per 4 weeks for 30 minutes
One 45-minute session per week
One 30-minute session per week for 4 weeks
* June 22, 2026 August 3, 2026 (6 weeks)
Serving 1 student (session time to be determined)

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in compliance with individual education plans (IEPs)
* Coordinate and document therapy sessions accurately to support student progress
* Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure effective therapy integration
* Maintain adherence to PDE (Pennsylvania Department of Education) licensing and regulatory requirements
* Provide in-person therapy services only
