Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide physical therapy services in a school setting during an Extended School Year (ESY) contract in Huntingdon County, PA. This role involves working across two nearby school sites, delivering targeted PT sessions to support students developmental progress over summer months.
Location: Huntingdon County, PA (two school sites within close proximity)
Schedule: Per diem with the following specific caseload and timing:

* June 23, 2026 July 16, 2026 (4 weeks)

* Serve 4 students
* Deliver 30-minute sessions twice over the 4-week period for some students
* Provide 45-minute weekly sessions for one student and 30-minute weekly sessions for another

* June 22, 2026 August 3, 2026 (6 weeks)

* Serve 1 student with session duration to be determined

Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-person physical therapy evaluations and interventions aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
* Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care and progress monitoring
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and school district regulations
* Communicate effectively regarding student progress and any adjustments needed to therapy plans

Qualifications:

* Licensed Physical Therapist meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements
* Experience working in school-based therapy settings preferred
* Ability to deliver services in person at multiple school locations
* Strong organizational and communication skills
