Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A physical therapy opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide in-person services during the Extended School Year (ESY) period in Huntingdon County, PA. This per diem contract involves working closely with students across two nearby school sites, allowing a focused and impactful role in supporting student mobility and physical health.
Location: Huntingdon County, PA (two schools approximately 15-20 minutes apart)
Schedule & Caseload:

* 6/23/26 to 7/16/26 (4 weeks): Serve 4 students with varied session frequencies including:

* Two 30-minute sessions spaced over the 4 weeks
* Weekly sessions of 45 minutes for one student
* Weekly 30-minute sessions for others as outlined

* 6/22/26 to 8/3/26 (6 weeks): Support 1 student with session time to be determined

Responsibilities:

* Deliver individualized physical therapy services in compliance with educational and therapeutic goals
* Coordinate scheduling to accommodate sessions at both school locations
* Maintain detailed documentation and reporting consistent with school and PDE requirements
* Collaborate with educators and other therapists to enhance student outcomes

Qualifications:

* Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements for school-based physical therapists
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality in-person physical therapy services in a school setting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
