This contract position is ideal for a PT professional passionate about enhancing the physical wellness and functional abilities of children in educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and interventions tailored to students individual needs.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapy providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulatory standards.
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to promote optimal student outcomes.
