What You’ll Do: n n

* Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairmentsn
* Create and implement personalized care plansn
* Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomesn
* Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirementsn
* Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to daten

Qualifications: n n

* Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)n
* Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practicen
* Strong communication and organizational skillsn
