Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Prior Lake, MN, for the full 2025-2026 school year. This contract position involves managing a caseload of approximately 40 students across two school sites.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
* Conduct assessments and document student progress.
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting.

Desired Qualifications:

* Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license.
* Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
* Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of educational and therapy regulations and standards.
