Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a full-time Occupational Therapist serving a district-wide position in a K-12 school setting located in Laurens, SC. The role requires providing comprehensive OT services to students across all grade levels, from kindergarten through 12th grade, within a contract capacity.
Responsibilities:

* Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the needs of students K-12
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Monitor student progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
* Support classroom accommodations and provide strategies to enhance student participation and learning
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and regulatory guidelines
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration

Qualifications:

* Valid Occupational Therapist licensure with credentials relevant to school-based therapy
* Experience working with K-12 student populations in school environments
* Strong knowledge of educational and therapeutic practices applicable to pediatric clients
* Ability to manage caseload independently with excellent organizational skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with educators and families
