Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A travel occupational therapist position is available in Sebring, FL, serving schools within the Highlands County area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to support students with occupational therapy services in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state regulations
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success

Qualifications:

* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with valid state credentials
* Experience or specialization in school-based occupational therapy preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and school personnel
